Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship our orders securely boxed via UPS to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

* Standard Shipping (UPS Ground): 3–5 business days
* Expedited Shipping (UPS Air/3-Day): 1–3 business days (if applicable)

*Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by UPS and are not guaranteed. Processing or transit times may be slightly extended during peak holiday seasons.*

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

4. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a UPS tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the UPS website.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your products to prevent damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@wfurpet.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item/box. 

We will work directly with UPS to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

6. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error, please email us immediately so we can update it before your order is processed.
